Once production of the mosaics began, your periodic updates enabled us to witness their creation and also gave us the opportunity to use the images you provided as a means of generating enthusiasm within our community. The mosaics were delivered on time and the installation was thoroughly professional.
Gianfranco and Gino are excellent to work with. They listen to your input on what we "think we want" and take that and use their creative minds to offer suggestions. Inspired Artisans are a hands on supportive firm that supported our desire to expand and update our church baptismal font. Every step along the process they listened, they came back with updated designs and ideas and brought them to life. The completed projected exceeded our hopes and ideas as we were planning the project.
The results are pouring in and the consensus is: spectacular. Parishioners just stand in front of the statues staring at them for several minutes. One woman was in tears. The statues of Mary and Elizabeth are quickly becoming a destination of pilgrimage and prayer for parishioners. You did a wonderful job in creating these statues for our church. I would imagine every artist wants the art to SHINE, but the artist also needs to balance this desire with the desire to make the customer happy. I didn't experience any conflict between these two desires. I appreciated the patience and help designing the mosaic. The communication was good and the responses were swift. Our parish is very pleased with our new mosaic!
Inspired Artisans was recommended to me many years ago. I was able to work with Gianfranco Tassara on several projects with two different Catholic Churches. I find him to be approachable, one who listens carefully to the needs of the customer, and responsive to the needs of the customer until "the" desired goal is reached. The detail for design and interaction with the clients was outstanding. The communication in the early design phase was very good and helped that the team was able to develop something very fitting to what the Jesuits were asking for. The delivery and installation occurred with some delays but Gino kept us informed and up to date on what was going on. Communication, care, attention to details make this a great company/team to work with.
This is the fourth time in twenty years that I have worked with Inspired Artisans on chapel projects. They have brought innovative solutions to enhance the worship experience, and the artisans they use for Mosaics and Marble work are excellent.
